Finally ! After putting off my plans for months, I finally managed to start my first fat burning regime today.
Went for a (15 min run / 5 min break) x2 plan, good sweat out .... but now I am rewarded, not with sense of feeling healthy. But aches all over my body :(
Maybe, tonite, I will have a wonderful sleep :p
Hope this regime will last .... but will wait till next week then I will know ;)
